At TFC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your jewellery is arriving damaged or broken, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to guarantee your peace of mind. Please ensure to record a opening video to support any claims without which we may not be able to accomodate your claims. 

 

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Our exchange percentage is less than 2.3% because of the premium quality of our products. However, if you feel that you have received a wrong or a damaged product, kindly read the eligibility for exchanges below:
  1. You may exchange any damaged jewellery within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  2. The jewellery must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and any certificates or documentation provided.
  3. The order must be a prepaid order if reason for exchange is other than the ones mentioned above. Please do note we do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products for COD orders due to the affordable nature of the products.
  4. All shipping in cases of returns are to be borne by customer which is 300 per transaction for COD orders and 200 per transaction for prepaid orders in case of any other reason other than listed above.

Simple Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact our dedicated customer support team within the specified time frame to request an exchange by emailing us on hello@thefuncompany.in or our whatsapp 9811121909 
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the exchange
  3. Once we receive the product, you can let us know the exchange selection and we will ship those products back to you. 

Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Returned items will undergo a quality inspection before processing.
  2. We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
  3. For exchanges, we will process your request based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer alternatives or a credit note.

Please Note: ₹ 99/₹ 199/₹ 299/B1G1 sale items are not eligible for exchanges refunds and returns unless received in damaged conditions in which case an opening video must be sent for a replacement

Refunds and Credits:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the exchange process promptly and exchanges will be shipped as per your preference.

TFC Operates from New Delhi jurisdiction and as such all disputes are subject to NCT of Delhi's jurisdiction
