We offer a range of reliable shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. 98% of our shipments are dispatched via a premium service provider BLUEDART and the tech support (SMS, EMails etc) are given by Shiprocket. 

The estimated delivery timeframes will be 3-5 business days and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

3.Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on a purchase of items worth INR 1999 or above. These terms may frequently change depending on the Sales / Promotional offers. 

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the provided link or entering the tracking number on our website.

5. International Shipping:

We proudly offer international shipping to various countries.

Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's regulations are the responsibility of the recipient. Any additional charges incurred are beyond our control.

6. Delivery Address:

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information during checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the customer.

7. Shipment Delays:

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, festival congestions or logistical issues may cause severe delays.

In the event of a significant delay, we will promptly notify you and work diligently to resolve any issues.

8. PPCOD or PrePaid Cash on Delivery: In order to minimise RTO's we have initiated a 99 prepayment while opting for COD orders. Please note this amount is non-refundable in case of non-delivery of shipment due to any reasons whatsoever. However, if we agree to reship that parcel - we will do so only on prepaid mode and will provide a good discount % depending on the order.
